
UditVani, Jamshedpur : The iconic Golmuri Golf Course in Jamshedpur is all set to host the prestigious 48th Jubilee Golf Tournament on February 21 and 22, reaffirming the city’s legacy as a prominent hub of golfing excellence.
The two-day championship will witness the participation of nearly 250 golfers from across the country, making it one of the most significant golf events in the region.
Players from Pune, Paradip, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, and Ranchi will compete across various categories, lending the tournament a truly national character.
The event is being jointly organised by Golmuri Club and Jamshedpur Golf, with the support of Tata Steel and its associated institutions.

The tournament will also be graced by the presence of several senior officials and distinguished guests from Tata Steel, Golmuri Club, and Jamshedpur Golf.
Prominent among them are D. B. Sundar Ramam, Vice President – Corporate Services, Tata Steel and Captain, Jamshedpur Golf; Ujjwal Chakravarty, Executive-in-Charge, Tinplate Division, Tata Steel Limited and Chairman, Golmuri Club; Rajesh Roshan, Secretary, Golmuri Club; and Neeraj Sinha, Chief – Safety, Tata Steel and Secretary, Jamshedpur Golf.
Other notable dignitaries expected to be present include Alan Singh, CEO, Jamshedpur Golf; Abhijit Nanoti, Managing Director, JCAPCPL; and Varun Bajaj, Chief – Corporate Services, Tata Steel.
Beyond competition, the Jubilee Golf Tournament aims to promote the spirit of the sport and strengthen bonds within the national golfing community.
