UditVani, Jamshedpur : Jamshedpur FC Head Coach Steven Dias expressed confidence in his squad ahead of their Super Cup opener against FC Goa on October 26.
After weeks of focused training at Flatlet Ground, Dias said the players are mentally and physically ready for the challenge.
“I am very happy with our preparation. The players are hungry, committed, and ready for this competition,” Dias said.
Marking his first major tournament fully in charge, Dias highlighted team unity as a key strength. “When players trust and support each other off the field, it reflects on the pitch. I am proud of the togetherness we have built,” he added.
Acknowledging the challenge of facing last season’s Super Cup finalists, FC Goa, Dias remained confident. “They are a strong side, but our unity is our biggest strength. We will give everything to start strong.”
New signings Madih Talal, Raphael Messi Bouli, Nikola, and Rosenberg Gabriel have integrated smoothly, with Dias praising their professionalism and readiness to contribute.
While keeping tactics under wraps, Dias promised fans an exciting display of football. Jamshedpur FC will face NorthEast United on October 29 and Inter Kashi on November 1 in Group B.
