
UditVani, Jamshedpur: KPS Burmamines and NML Kerala Public School observed the 350th Martyrdom Day of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, revered as the “Hind Di Chadar,” whose supreme sacrifice for religious freedom continues to inspire humanity across all faiths.
At both campuses, the programme began with a spiritually enriching Katha by the invited kathawachak, who highlighted Guru Sahib’s unparalleled courage, compassion, and unwavering stand for justice.

This was followed by soulful Shabad Kirtans performed by teachers and students, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion and reverence.
Students of both schools presented a heartfelt theatrical depiction of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji’s life and martyrdom, portraying values of bravery, righteousness, and selfless service. The performance was deeply appreciated by everyone present.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of Kada Prasad, symbolising grace, equality, and the spirit of seva.
The combined commemoration at KPS Burmamines and NML Kerala Public School served as a poignant reminder of Guru Sahib’s timeless message of peace, unity, and steadfast faith—guiding generations even today.
