Jamshedpur : The city’s literary landscape is set to bloom with the launch of Unकही, Jamshedpur’s first-ever curated poetry and storytelling showcase, taking place on Sunday, April 20 at Café Regal ( 6.30 pm).
This landmark event will be organized by Poets of Jamshedpur, a recently-formed collective led by founder Shrenya Soni.
Unlike traditional open mics, Unकही is a carefully curated showcase that features handpicked poets and storytellers from the city.
Each performance has been meticulously rehearsed, offering audiences a rich and immersive literary experience that celebrates local voices and artistic depth.
Founded in January 2025, Poets of Jamshedpur has quickly grown into a diverse and inclusive community of writers, spoken word artists, and poetry lovers.
The collective prides itself on being open to all—regardless of age, background, or language—united by a shared love for expression through words.
“Our vision with Unकही is to create a cultural platform that encourages people to express, listen, and connect,” said founder Shrenya Soni.
“We’re building a space where creativity thrives and where the city’s untold stories can finally be heard, ” she added.
