
UditVani, Jamshedpur : The fifth edition of ECONOVISTA 2K25, hosted by Jusco School South Park, saw an impressive turnout on Tuesday with 826 students from 22 schools participating in a vibrant inter-school fest filled with creativity, competition and collaboration.
The event was inaugurated by Vinit Shah, Manufacturing Long Products, Tata Steel Ltd., who graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Addressing the students, he said that “Creativity coupled with consistent learning helps students excel in life.”
A. F. Madon, Administrator, JEM Foundation, attended as the guest of honour and encouraged students to use such platforms to unleash their potential.
Jiju Thomas, Senior Manager, JEM Foundation, was present for the prize distribution, while Rakesh Pandey, Vice-Principal, KHS, joined the inaugural ceremony.
The fest featured 14 events, including an array of onstage and offstage competitions.
The day began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by high-energy performances from the school band and dance troupe.
Principal Mili Sinha welcomed the dignitaries and participating schools, highlighting how festivals like ECONOVISTA help students interact, innovate and showcase their skills.
The commendable efforts of teachers Gourav Chatterjee, Supriya Paul, Sarojini Banra, and Jyoti Mahato were widely acknowledged.
Judges praised the participants for their enthusiasm and competitive spirit.
The event concluded with the presentation of trophies by Jiju Thomas and Principal Mili Sinha.
St. Mary’s English School clinched the Overall Championship Trophy, while Hill Top School was declared First Runner-Up, and Jusco School Kadma secured the Second Runners-Up position.
