Jamshedpur : In view of essential developmental works being undertaken in the Chakradharpur Division, the South Eastern Railway has announced a major regulation of train services over the coming weeks.
Multiple trains will be affected in the form of cancellations, short terminations, and diversions from May 20 to June 29.
Full List of Affected Trains:
Cancelled Trains:
1. 18005 Howrah–Jagdalpur Express will remain cancelled on: May 20, 27; June 3, 10, 17 & 24.
18006 Jagdalpur–Howrah Express will be cancelled on: May 22, 29; June 5, 12, 19 & 26.
2. 18109/18110 Tatanagar–NSCB Itwari–Tatanagar Express will not run on: May 21, 24, 28, 31; June 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 & 28.
3. 12021/12022 Howrah–Barbil–Howrah Jan Shatabdi Express, 68003/68004 Tatanagar–Gua–Tatanagar MEMU, and 68043/68044 Tatanagar–Rourkela–Tatanagar MEMU will all be cancelled on the same dates as above.
4. 18113/18114 Tatanagar–Bilaspur–Tatanagar Express will be cancelled on Wednesdays (from Tatanagar) and Thursdays (from Bilaspur) between May 21 and June 26.
Short Terminated Trains:
1. 12871 Howrah–Titlagarh Ispat Express will be short terminated at Tatanagar on multiple dates from May 21 to June 28.
2. 22862 Kantabanji–Howrah Ispat Express will be short terminated at Rourkela on the same dates.
Diverted Trains:
1. 18477 Puri–Yog Nagari Rishikesh Express will run via Cuttack–Sambalpur City–Jharsuguda Road–Ib on Tuesdays between May 20 and June 24.
2. 18478 Yog Nagari Rishikesh–Puri Express will follow the reverse diversion on Thursdays between May 22 and June 29.
3. 13288/13287 Ara–Durg–Ara South Bihar Express will avoid Tatanagar and run via Kandra–Sini and Sini–Kandra respectively on select dates.
