UditVani, Jamshedpur : DBMS College of Education marked another milestone in its commitment to student career development by successfully organising an On-Campus Placement Drive on Wednesday, offering aspiring teachers a valuable gateway into the professional education sector.
The placement drive saw the participation of nearly 10 reputed schools, which extended promising employment opportunities to future educators.
Around 60 final-year students took part in the interview process, engaging directly with school representatives and demonstrating their teaching aptitude, communication skills, confidence, and professional preparedness.
The initiative underscored the institution’s sustained efforts to enhance employability while strengthening meaningful collaborations between schools and the college.
The programme was efficiently coordinated by Mousumi Dutta, Placement Cell In-charge, whose proactive liaison between interviewers and students ensured the smooth and systematic conduct of the recruitment process.
The placement drive was held under the guidance of Dr. Joohi Samarpita, Principal, DBMS College of Education, along with Dr. Monika Uppal, Vice Principal, who played an instrumental role in coordinating with several prestigious schools across Jamshedpur to make the event a success.
The college management- B. Chandrasekhar, Sripriya Dharmarajan (Secretary), and Sudha Dilip (Joint Secretary)-extended their constant support and encouragement, reiterating their commitment to providing quality placement opportunities and holistic professional growth for students.
The successful execution of the placement drive once again reflects DBMS College of Education’s dedication to academic excellence, career readiness, and the overall development of future educators.
