Jamshedpur: A horrifying incident unfolded on Tuesday in the Taznagar area under Kapali OP jurisdiction, where 28-year-old Mohammad Hussain was brutally murdered inside a madrasa. The victim, identified as a local resident, used to work as a scrap dealer.
According to police sources, Mohammad Hussain had left his house on Tuesday morning to collect scrap but was later found dead in a room inside the Taznagar madrasa.
His head had been crushed with a stone, indicating a brutal killing.
Upon receiving the information, Kapali OP in-charge rushed to the spot with a police team, took possession of the body, and initiated an investigation.
The victim’s motorcycle was also recovered from near the crime scene, raising suspicion that he might have been lured into the madrasa or intercepted and killed en route.
Mohammad Hussain was married and is survived by a young daughter. His family is devastated following the tragic incident.
The police are currently probing the motive behind the murder and working to identify the culprits.
Meanwhile, the incident has sparked fear among the local residents. Authorities have assured that the assailants will be apprehended soon and the case will be solved as early as possible.
