
UditVani, Jamshedpur : Adhunik Power & Natural Resources Limited (APNRL), a power generation company based in Padampur, celebrated its 15th foundation day with a blend of social responsibility and employee recognition.
On this occasion, the company launched the “Mahadev Old Age Scheme” dedicated to the welfare of the elderly and honored 23 employees for their outstanding contributions at the plant.
The scheme was inaugurated by extending its first benefit to an 89-year-old woman. APNRL director Nirmal Kumar Agarwal sought her blessings by touching her feet, symbolizing respect for the elderly. Employees who excelled in production and performance were felicitated with certificates of appreciation.

In his address, director Nirmal Agarwal said, “The loyalty and dedication of our rural brothers and hardworking employees are the true partners of this glorious 15-year journey. The company’s success is the result of their tireless efforts and trust.”
Promoter Manoj Kumar Agarwal, unable to attend due to professional commitments, conveyed his message expressing pride in APNRL’s journey. “Entering our 15th year is not just an achievement but an inspiring journey. Watching the company move towards its youthful phase fills me with immense pride and happiness,” his message read.
Special guests at the event included Ajit Singh, GM of CCL, who praised the company’s role in both industrial and social development, and Ashok Goyal, a renowned entrepreneur and social worker, who lauded the Agarwal brothers for providing employment opportunities while also leading in social initiatives.
Earlier, CEO Arun Kumar Mishra welcomed the guests and elaborated on the “Mahadev Old Age Scheme” along with other social welfare projects aligned with the company’s vision and mission. Distinguished guests Krishna Baske and Gautam Mahato were also present.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Vice President (Commercial & Finance).
