
Udit Vani, Jamshedpur : Anup Upadhyay, son of DSP Arvind Upadhyay of Jharkhand Police, has secured the 38th rank in the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) Civil Services Examination 2023, the results of which were officially declared on Friday.
Anup has been selected for the Jharkhand Administrative Service (JAS), continuing his family’s proud legacy in public service.
His father, DSP Arvind Upadhyay, served in the Jharkhand Police force with distinction and an impressive track record.
Arvind was the younger brother of Kanhaiya Upadhyay, former Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Jamshedpur and a highly respected figure in the state’s law enforcement circles.
