UditVani, Jamshedpur : Adityapur police have arrested notorious criminal Mehdi Hasan, also known as Mehdi Hasan Ali, in possession of six grams of brown sugar.
He has been sent to judicial custody.
The arrest took place in the Muslim Basti area. Mehdi Hasan Ali has a long criminal history, being wanted in multiple serious cases, including murder, robbery, extortion, arms violations, and offenses under the NDPS Act.
Thana In-Charge Vinod Tirkey stated that the accused is linked to a total of 13 criminal cases, spanning from 2002 to 2022.
These cases include attempted murder, violation of explosive substance regulations, assault, robbery, arms-related offenses, and drug-related crimes under the NDPS Act.
