UditVani, Jamshedpur : Jamshedpur’s own Siddharth Adeshra, a fourth-generation entrepreneur and accomplished endurance athlete, has officially launched his debut book Beyond the Finish Line — a compelling blend of personal transformation, business insight, and athletic endurance.
Adeshra, Director of leading Keshavji Chhaganlal Jewellers and a recent Ironman 70.3 finisher, offers readers a deeply personal look into his journey balancing the worlds of high-stakes business and high-performance sport. The book, published under the legacy brand of Keshavji Chhaganlal Jewellers, celebrates over 100 years of family entrepreneurship while championing themes of grit, discipline, and resilience.
“This book is not just about athletic triumphs,” said Siddharth Adeshra. “It’s about the mindset it takes to keep showing up — whether in business, health, relationships, or life. Each chapter reflects on endurance, not just of the body, but of the spirit.”
The official launch event was graced by chief guest Kishor Kaushal, Senior Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhum , along with other distinguished attendees including Rural SP Rishabh Garg.
In his address the Senior SP congratulated Siddharth for his maiden book and for his fitness journey.
Kaushal stressed on the importance of fitness and how steel city provides an ambience for that.
Siddharth thanked the audience, his family members and other stakeholders whose contribution helped him achieve this feat.
He suggested certain points like Power of a Group, A Cause for Waking Up Everyday, Starting Simple and Small, Making Announcement Before Starting Any Project or Work and building habits that help us grow.
Friends, family, athletes, and members of the city’s business community also came together to celebrate the occasion.
Following the launch, a thought-provoking panel discussion brought together high achievers from diverse fields:

The panel discussion was moderated by Siddharth Adeshra himself.

Siddharth started writing the book in late 2022 and completed it in December 2023.
