Tata Steel India recorded its highest-ever 3Q sales at 5.29 million tons, reflecting an 8% YoY and 4% QoQ increase. Strong domestic demand and strategic export activities contributed to this growth. For 9MFY25, deliveries rose 4% YoY to 15.34 million tons, supported by notable performance in key sectors:

– Automotive & Special Products: Deliveries reached approximately 2.3 million tons, with a 3% YoY rise in high-end products.
– Branded Products & Retail: Deliveries totaled ~5.1 million tons, up 6% YoY, led by brands like Tata Tiscon and Tata Steelium.
– Industrial Products & Projects: Deliveries stood at ~5.3 million tons, showcasing double-digit growth in engineering and ready-to-use solutions.
– E-Commerce: Revenue from Tata Steel Aashiyana surged 37% YoY to ₹2,154 crores, aided by customer-focused strategies.

Global Operations Highlights
– Tata Steel Netherlands: Achieved liquid steel production of 1.76 million tons and delivery volumes of 1.53 million tons in 3QFY25. Delivery volumes for 9MFY25 grew 16% YoY due to enhanced production capacity.
– Tata Steel UK: Focused on downstream operations after shutting its blast furnaces in 2QFY25, delivering 1.87 million tons during 9MFY25.

Expansion at Kalinganagar
The new blast furnace at Kalinganagar has achieved an operating rate of ~8,000 tons per day and is progressing toward full capacity. Additionally, the commissioning of the Continuous Annealing Line (CAL) in December at the 2.2 MTPA CRM complex has secured approvals from major OEMs.

उदित वाणी, जमशेदपुर: टाटा स्टील ग्रोथ शॉप (टीजीएस) की यूनियन टिस्को मजदूर यूनियन इस साल अपनी स्थापना का 50 साल पूरा करने जा रही है.

50 साल के इस सफर को लेकर शुक्रवार को टिस्को मजदूर यूनियन की एक बैठक हुई, जिसमें कार्यकारिणी समिति में निर्णय लिया गया कि 50 साल पूरा होने के उपलक्ष्य में अपने सामान्य सदस्यों को उपहार स्वरूप कुछ देना चाहिए.

टिस्को मजदूर यूनियन के कार्यकारिणी समिति ने चांदी का सिक्का एवं एक ट्रॉली बैग देने का निर्णय लिया. यूनियन के अध्यक्ष राकेश्वर पांडेय एवं कार्यकारिणी के सभी सदस्यों ने शुक्रवार को अपने जेनरल मेंबरों को गिफ्ट स्वरूप ट्रॉली बैग वितरित किया.

इस लेकर आम मजदूरों में खुशी की लहर दिखी. उनका कहना था कि इस उपहार की खुशी और इसलिए बझड गई क्योंकि अभी दीपावली महोत्सव आने वाला है.
