The company’s Q4 revenue stood at Rs 15,962 crore, while EBITDA increased 10% to Rs 4,216 crore. For the full fiscal year, Tata Power reported revenue of Rs 63,681 crore and EBITDA of Rs 16,090 crore, registering an 11% annual growth.

The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share for FY26, higher than Rs 2.25 per share declared last year.
A key growth driver was the company’s clean energy portfolio. Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd (TPREL) commissioned 2.5 GW of renewable capacity during FY26, taking its overall renewable portfolio to 11.6 GW, including projects under construction. The company also crossed 10 GW of cumulative solar EPC execution, reinforcing its leadership in India’s energy transition.

Its solar manufacturing arm delivered exceptional results, with PAT surging 103% to Rs 857 crore, supported by production of 3,825 MW of solar modules and 3,759 MW of solar cells at industry-leading efficiency levels.

The company has also approved an investment of Rs 6,500 crore to establish a 10 GW photovoltaic ingot and wafer manufacturing facility, strengthening domestic solar supply chains.
Tata Power’s rooftop solar business maintained its market leadership for the 11th consecutive year, surpassing 3.7 lakh installations and a cumulative installed capacity of 4.8 GWp, while annual profit from the segment rose 150% to Rs 499 crore.

Its transmission and distribution business also recorded robust momentum, with PAT increasing 49% to Rs 2,978 crore in FY26. Odisha DISCOMs emerged as a standout performer, posting 84% growth in annual profit to Rs 809 crore, driven by improved operational efficiency and better collection performance.

Commenting on the results, Dr. Praveer Sinha, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Power, said the company remains focused on “creating long-term value through disciplined growth, operational excellence and strategic partnerships,” while continuing to strengthen India’s clean energy future through investments in renewables, grid infrastructure, and energy security.

The company also expanded its EV charging footprint, crossing 2 lakh home EV charger installations and over 7,000 public and semi-public charging points across 706 cities and towns, further cementing its leadership in India’s fast-growing electric mobility ecosystem.
