Initiated under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi, the portal will allow citizens to access accurate and up-to-date information about all ongoing projects across various departments. By simply scanning the QR codes displayed on project sites, people can view project details, monitor progress, and share their feedback or grievances directly with the administration.

“The portal gives citizens the power to know, rate, and respond to development works happening around them. This will strengthen transparency, improve administrative monitoring, and encourage active public involvement,” said Deputy Commissioner Satyarthi. He appealed to citizens to scan the QR codes on newly launched or completed projects and share their feedback, which will play a decisive role in timely corrective actions and quality improvements.

Key Highlights of the Portal:

Executing departments such as Zila Parishad, Building Construction, Drinking Water & Sanitation, Rural Works, and Special Divisions will regularly update project details.

Each project structure will carry a unique QR code, enabling citizens to access detailed project information, give ratings, register suggestions, and file complaints.

Mandatory details to be uploaded include agency names, funding sources, project costs, timelines, contractor details, geotagged locations, and progress percentages.

Engineering departments have been provided unique user IDs and passwords for uploading data.

As of now, the portal has recorded 1,141 entries, covering 468 ongoing and 673 completed projects across the district.

The portal will also serve as a tool for review meetings, fund flow tracking, and high-level decision-making, thereby strengthening both transparency and accountability in scheme implementation.

With this initiative, East Singhbhum becomes one of the early adopters of a citizen-centric digital monitoring system, setting a benchmark for participatory governance.

* Information received from citizens will be promptly reviewed by officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and necessary action will be taken.

The objective of the MANAS portal is to free society from the grip of narcotics and move towards a drug-free India. Citizens are urged to make full use of this initiative and actively participate in this campaign against drugs.

The Chief Minister unveiled 6 portals developed by the Department of Higher and Technical Education.

On this occasion, Minister of Higher and Technical Education Department Sudivya Kumar, Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari, Additional Chief Secretary Avinash Kumar, Principal Secretary Higher and Technical Education Department Rahul Kumar Purwar and Managing Director-cum-CSC E-Governance Service India Limited Sanjay Kumar Rakesh were present.

Overview of the Six Portals

* Salary Verification Portal : A pay fixation portal has been developed to simplify the salary verification of teachers and non -teaching personnel of universities and colleges, reduce errors and improve efficiency.

* Learning Management Portal : This portal would manage teaching and training services in online mode and will help in management of ongoing educational programs, training or teaching and development programs in institutions.

* Private University Management Portal : This portal will simplify the establishment and management process of new private universities in the state.

* CM Fellowship Scheme Portal : This portal has been developed to implement high and technical education, to implement research at higher educational institutions level. This will make it easier for the students to apply and benefit for fellowships.

* Apprenticeship Management Portal : Apprentice trainees are to be trained in various universities / colleges and departments of the state by selecting apprentice trainees. Apprentice management portal has been developed to simplify and accessible the selection process of the said trainees.

* Grant Portal for Non- Aided Colleges : The current process of providing grants to unconnected colleges without finance in the state is not only taking time, but also has many levels of inspection and verification. With the development of this portal, the process of providing grants to colleges will be simple and time will also take less.

Innovation Hub and Science City Project

* Innovation Hub : Innovation Hub established in the Regional Science Center, Ranchi campus will provide proper environment to nurture creative and innovative views, innovative thinking and solution to practical problems, inspire innovation, etc.

* Science City, Ranchi : A Rs 270 crore project has been planned to upgrade the Regional Science Center at Ranchi into Science City spanning 25 acres in Ranchi. This initiative is expected to boost scientific tourism and provide educational entertainment.

It will be constructed on about 25 acres of land. Its construction will promote scientific tourism in Ranchi. Along with scientific performance for the philosophy of tourists, the means of entertainment will also be available.

Jharkhand Research and Innovation Policy 2025

The state government introduced the Jharkhand student Research and innovation policy 2025 to promote a research given culture among students.

With the budget of Rs 1, 280 crore the policy aligns with the National Education Policy 2020 and supports start-up seed funding, research projects and academic conferences.

पहले ई-श्रम पोर्टल केवल अंग्रेजी, हिंदी, कन्नड़ और मराठी में उपलब्ध था. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय की ‘भाषिणी’ परियोजना की सहायता से इसे अब 22 भाषाओं में विस्तारित किया गया है.

श्रमिकों के लिए लाभ
डॉ. मांडविया ने बताया कि प्रतिदिन औसतन 30,000 से अधिक असंगठित श्रमिक इस पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने सभी श्रमिकों से आग्रह किया कि वे इस पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण करें ताकि विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकें.

आगामी पहलें
श्रम एवं रोजगार मंत्रालय की सचिव सुश्री सुमिता डावरा ने बताया कि ई-श्रम पोर्टल को ‘वन-स्टॉप सॉल्यूशन’ के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिससे राज्य सरकारों की योजनाओं सहित सभी सामाजिक सुरक्षा और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं तक पहुंच संभव हो सके. भविष्य में ई-श्रम मोबाइल ऐप, सिंगल कॉमन एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म और पेमेंट गेटवे के साथ एकीकरण जैसी सुविधाएं भी जोड़ी जाएंगी.

Home Minister Amit Shah today launched the BHARATPOL portal in New Delhi.

Developed by the Central Bureau of Investigation, the BHARATPOL portal will significantly facilitate Indian law enforcement agencies by enabling real-time information sharing for faster access to international police assistance.

The development of the platform was driven by the growing footprint of transnational crimes, including cybercrime.

The portal will streamline the processing of all requests for international assistance through INTERPOL, including the issuance of Red Notices and other color-coded INTERPOL notices.

Home Minister Amit Shah also presented Police Medals to 35 CBI officers/officials, who were awarded the President’s Police Medals for Distinguished Service and the Union Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Investigation.

Therefore, your suggestions, opinions and ideas regarding the budget for the financial year 2025-26 are very important for us, so that the better suggestions received from you can be included in the budget for the upcoming financial year 2025-26,” Soren said.

The Chief Minister said that the budget should be such that balanced development of all sectors can take place.

He laid special emphasis on the fact that in the upcoming budget, special care should be taken of the rural economy .

Along with this, provisions related to taking concrete steps towards revenue collection should also be included in the budget so that the schemes related to development and public welfare can be implemented in a better way. He said that special care should be taken of all sections in the budget.

The objective of “Abua Budget” portal and mobile app is to receive suggestions from experts and common people regarding the budget for the financial year 2025-26, so that the government can present a better and balanced budget.

In this direction, whatever suggestions/opinions and ideas are received regarding the budget, they will be analyzed in detail so that initiatives can be taken to include those suggestions in the budget which are suitable for the development of the state and its people.

In this regard, the people giving the three best suggestions will also be honored by the state government.

The last date for giving suggestions is till January 17.

On the occasion, Finance Minister Shri Radha Krishna Kishore, Urban Development Minister Sudivya Kumar, Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar, Special Secretary of Finance Department Amit Kumar, Budget Officer Chandrabhushan Prasad and OSD Budget Satyanarayan Prasad were also present.

केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्रालय के अनुसार, केंद्र व राज्य सरकार के सभी श्रेणी के स्कूलों, उपक्रमों के स्कूल तथा निजी स्कूलों के शिक्षक व प्राचार्य इस पुरस्कार के लिए नामांकन कर सकेंगे. हालांकि पारा शिक्षक तथा संविदा पर कार्यरत अन्य शिक्षक इस पुरस्कार के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे. यह भी शर्त रखी गई है कि शिक्षक प्राइवेट ट्यूशन न पढ़ाते हों.

इस पुरस्कार के लिए चयन प्रक्रिया की बात करें तो शिक्षकों के आनलाइन नामांकन के बाद एक से 15 जुलाई तक जिला व क्षेत्रीय स्तर की समिति आवेदनों की स्क्रूटनी कर शिक्षा सचिव की अध्यक्षता वाली राज्य समिति को आनलाइन अग्रसारित करेगी. राज्य स्तरीय समिति 16 जुलाई से 30 जुलाई के बीच इस पुरस्कार के लिए तीन शिक्षकों की अनुशंसा केंद्र को भेजेगी। दो अगस्त को शिक्षक वहां नेशनल जुरी के समक्ष अपना प्रजेंटेशन देंगे.

पांच से 16 अगस्त के बीच अंतिम रूप से चयन की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी. 16 अगस्त को अंतिम रूप से शिक्षकों का चयन राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार के लिए कर लिया जाएगा. बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार शिक्षक दिवस के अवसर पर प्रत्येक साल यह पुरस्कार प्रदान करती है. पिछले वर्ष झारखंड से जमशेदपुर के गोलमुरी स्थित हिंदुस्तान मित्र मंडल स्कूल के शिक्षक मनोज कुमार सिंह यह पुरस्कार मिला था.
