R Jaya, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Arava Rajkamal, Deputy Commissioner of Saraikela, Arindam Lahiri, CEO, ASDC and other officials were also present.

The mega job fair was a unique example of public-private partnership and was attended by leading automotive companies, offering job opportunities to the tribal youth to become trained technicians for two and four-wheelers. In the job fair more than 350 candidates selected in different job roles by 11 ccompanies.

Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister Arjun Munda extended hearty congratulations and best wishes for a bright future to all the youth who received the appointment letters at the fair and said that today the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, in association with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, ASDC, NSDC and NCVET, has been given a new dimension to the Aajeevika Mission. He stated that the Government of India will continue to make efforts to increase the skills of people and provide employment related to it in the coming future in which all areas like health, education, and technology will be there. If people want to run a small industry, opportunities will be provided for them.

He stated “Seva Parmo Dharmah” inspires to work for the upliftment of the person standing at the last end of the society. Under the guidance of Hon’ble Prime Minister of the Country, Shri Narendra Modi, the Central Government is making this idea a reality by taking it forward.

Ms R Jaya, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, said: “I believe that the job fair was an important event for students and the automotive sector in Jharkhand. It provided a platform for tribal students to showcase their skills and for companies to find the right talent for their units, providing rightful opportunities to the tribal youth to upgrade their skills and work with prestigious organizations.”

ASDC CEO, Arindam Lahiri, expressed his happiness at the successful outcome of the event, as the participating companies found a skilled workforce for their working units. He said: “ASDC is committed to providing skills opportunities to the youth of Jharkhand. Our training programs are designed to equip students with the skills they need to succeed in the automotive sector and events like this job fair are a testament to our success. We are thrilled to see so many candidates secure employment and we look forward to continued success in the future.”

14 कंपनियों ने जॉब फेयर में भाग लिया
विनिर्माण और सेवा क्षेत्र की कुल 14 कंपनियों ने विशेष रूप से स्नातक, आईटीआई, डिप्लोमा, इंटरमीडिएट और मैट्रिक स्तर के लिए 1000 नौकरी की पेशकश के साथ भाग लिया.

इस बार एमसीसी ने उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश, पंजीकरण और साक्षात्कार प्रक्रिया को त्वरित बनाने के लिए क्यूआर आधारित आईटी समाधान पेश किया. प्रवेश द्वार पर लाइव स्थिति, नियोक्ता काउंटर साक्षात्कार गणना और निकास प्रक्रिया को ट्रैक करने के लिए विकसित आईटी ऐप का उपयोग करके कुल 513 उम्मीदवारों की भागीदारी दर्ज की गई.

उम्मीदवारों ने खुद को पंजीकृत करने के लिए टाटा स्टील फाउंडेशन स्किल डेवलपमेंट इनिशिएटिव शॉर्ट-टर्म और लॉन्ग प्रोग्राम के विभिन्न काउंटरों का दौरा किया.

15 दिनों के अंदर चयनित उम्मीदवारों की सूची जारी होगी
कंपनियां व्यावहारिक साक्षात्कार के अंतिम दौर के आयोजन के बाद 15 दिनों के भीतर अंतिम रूप से चयनित या शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों की सूची मॉडल करियर सेंटर के साथ साझा करेंगी.

विशेष रूप से एमसीसी ने नौकरी चाहने वालों के आला समूह को एक मंच प्रदान किया है जो या तो अनजान हैं या अन्य जॉब पोर्टल्स तक नहीं पहुँच सकते हैं. जबकि एमसीसी की सेवाएं सभी नौकरी चाहने वालों के लिए खुली हैं.
