Organized by Tata Steel UISL in association with Tata Motors and Tata Cummins, the event transformed the stretch from the Labour Bureau Roundabout to the Dealers Hostel into a vibrant hub of fun, fitness, and celebration.

The event was graced by the special presence of Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President of Corporate Services, Tata Steel; Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director, Tata Steel UISL; Sunil Tiwary, Plant Head, Tata Motors; and Ramphal Nehra, Plant Head, Tata Cummins. कहीं कोई जुम्बा पर थिरक रहा था, तो कोई भोजपुरी सांग जिला टॉप लागे लू…पर नाचकर मस्ती का माहौल बनाया. मौज मस्ती के दीवानों ने भी कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी. उन्होंने जैम स्ट्रीट का भरपूर मजा लिया. साकची गोलचक्कर से पुराना किताब लाइन तक की सड़क मस्ती से सराबोर थी. घुड़सवारी के साथ आर्केस्ट्रा ने मस्ती के माहौल को बनाने में मददगार साबित हुआ. हाथों में गिटार लिए युवाओं की टोली बॉलीवुड नंबरों को गा रही थी.

खाने-पीने के स्टॉल भी

जैम स्ट्रीट में म्यूजिक के साथ खाने-पीने के स्टॉल भी थे. केक, मोमोज, पिज़्ज़ा और सैंडविच के काउंटर पर लोगों की भीड़ थी. युवाओं के साथ बच्चे भी इन खानों का आनंद ले रहे थे.

हेल्थ और फिटनेस को लेकर विभिन्न स्पोर्ट्स इवेन्ट्स भी

खाने-पीने के साथ ही हेल्थ और फिटनेस का भी खासा ध्यान रखा गया था. जैम स्ट्रीट में विभिन्न प्रकार के खेल का आनंद उठाने वाले लोगों का हुजूम था. कोई स्केटिंग कर रहा था तो कोई फुटबॉल खेलने में मस्त था. युवा मुक्केबाजी का भी मजा ले रहे थे. रस्सी पर चलने और दीवारों पर चढ़ने जैसे एडवेंचरस खेल मौजमस्ती में रोमांच भर रहे थे. बच्चों के लिए पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता भी चल रही थी. कैनवास पर बच्चे अपनी कला को उकेर रहे थे.

फ्री में चेक हो रहे थे ब्लड और शुगर 

रोटरैक्ट क्लब की ओर से जैम स्ट्रीट में एक स्टॉल लगाया गया था, जिसमें लोगों के शुगर और बीपी फ्री में चेक किए जा रहे थे. चेक कराने के लिए लोगों की लंबी लाइन थी. कुछ लोग योगा भी कर रहे थे तो कुछ अपनी एक्यूप्रेशर तकनीक से लोगों के बदन दर्द को दूर करने में मशगूल थे.

सुबह छह से साढ़े आठ बजे तक चला

जैम स्ट्रीट सुबह 6 बजे से शुरू होकर साढ़े आठ बजे खत्म हुआ. साकची के पहले यह बारीडीह में आयोजित किया गया था. इस साल बिष्टुपुर के अलावा जैम स्ट्रीट साकची और बिष्टुपुर में हो चुका है. बताया जा रहा है कि आने वाले दिनों में यह टेल्को और सोनारी में भी होगा.

साहसिक खेल, ज़ुम्बा, योग, चारकोल पेंटिंग, फेस पेंटिंग, पॉटरी मेकिंग से लेकर टैटू का स्टॉल आकर्षण का केन्द्र होगा. इसके अलावा संगीत, हेल्थ ड्रिंक, चाय, नाश्ता के साथ कई तरह के स्वादिष्ट व्यंजनों के स्टॉल भी होंगे.

दास ने शहरवासियों से इस जैम स्ट्रीट में शामिल होने का आह्वान किया है और कहा कि वे आएं और अपने आप को एक्सप्लोर करें. उल्लेखनीय है कि कोरोना के पहले केवल बिष्टुपुर में जैम स्ट्रीट का आयोजन होता था. लेकिन कोरोना के बाद बिष्टुपुर के अलावा बारीडीह में इसका आयोजन हो चुका है. साकची के बाद बताया जा रहा है कि इसका आयोजन सोनारी और टेल्को में भी होगा.

टाटा स्टील यूआईएसएल की ओर से मीडिया को दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार इस माह पहली बार जैम स्ट्रीट, बिष्टुपुर से बाहर होने जा रहा है. बारीडीह में जैम स्ट्रीट कदानी रोड पर होगा.

जैम स्ट्रीट में बैडमिंटन, बास्केटबॉल, कराटे और शतरंज के अलावा एडवेंचर गेम भी होंगे. ज़ुम्बा, योग, चारकोल पेंटिंग, फेस पेन्टिंग, टैटू, संगीत और हेल्दी ड्रिंक के स्टॉल होंगे. नवम्बर माह में कोरोना के बाद पहला जैम स्ट्रीट हुआ था, जिसका फोकस हेल्थ और फिटनेस था. इस बार क्रिसमस को देखते हुए जैम स्ट्रीट में क्रिसमस के रंग भी होंगे.

पहले इस समय जमशेदपुर कार्निवाल का आयोजन होता था, जो इस साल नहीं हो रहा है.
