UditVani, Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur FC’s youth teams are gearing up for the upcoming Jamshedpur Sporting Association (JSA) League season, with the club set to field teams in both the Premier Division and A Division competitions.

The Reserve Team, coached by Kaizad Ambapardiwalla, will compete in the Premier Division, while the Youth Team, under the guidance of Shakti Singh, will participate in the A Division.

Both squads have been training in Jamshedpur for the past week as they prepare for the city’s premier football tournament.

The Reserve Team will look to build on last season’s impressive run, where they reached the semifinals of the JSA League.

The side also enjoyed a successful outing in the AIFF U-18 Elite League earlier this year, advancing to the quarterfinals in Punjab.

The JSA League will serve as an important pre-season platform, helping players gain valuable match experience ahead of the new campaign.

Meanwhile, Jamshedpur FC’s Youth Team, comprising mostly U-16 players, will use the A Division competition as an opportunity to test themselves against quality opposition and continue their development in a competitive environment.

The JSA League has long been regarded as a crucial stepping stone for emerging footballers in the region, and Jamshedpur FC remains committed to nurturing young talent through regular exposure to competitive football.

Head coach Kaizad Ambapardiwalla believes the tournament will play a key role in preparing his players for the challenges ahead.

“The JSA Premier Division is an important competition for our young players. It gives them valuable game time against experienced opposition and helps bridge the gap between youth football and the professional level.

Last season was a positive one for us, and we are looking forward to another competitive campaign where our youngsters can continue their development and gain confidence,” he said.

With the JSA League fast approaching, Jamshedpur FC’s young footballers will be aiming for a strong start and another productive season of growth and development.
