The intensive workshop, titled “Understanding Key Competencies and Learning Outcomes,” was led by Dr. Chiranjit Nath, a distinguished faculty member at the Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training (JCERT) and a CENTA associate. The program delivered 14 hours of high-impact training designed to bridge the gap between academic research and daily classroom practice.

Dr. Nath, an active educational researcher and expert in assessment design, utilized his expertise to equip teachers with the tools necessary to implement Competency-Based Education (CBE). During the session, he emphasized:

“Our goal is to move beyond rote learning and equip teachers with the frameworks to foster genuine inquiry and measurable skills in their students. The NCF-SE 2023 is not just a document; it is a roadmap for modern, effective classrooms.”

The workshop focused on practical innovation, effective assessment strategies, and the implementation of specific learning outcomes aligned with the new national standards.

इस दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण का प्राथमिक लक्ष्य शिक्षकों को दक्षता-आधारित शिक्षण पद्धतियों (Competency-based Education) से सशक्त बनाना था। कार्यशाला के दौरान शिक्षकों को NCF-SE 2023 के मानकों के अनुरूप कक्षा शिक्षण में आधुनिक नवाचारों को शामिल करने के गुर सिखाए गए।

कौशल विकास और प्रभावी मूल्यांकन

प्रशिक्षण सत्रों में शिक्षकों को निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर कौशल प्रदान किए गए:
