इस साल जमशेदपुर पुस्तक मेले का उदघाटन एनआईटी जमशेदपुर के निदेशक डॉ.गौतम सूत्रधार करेंगे. विशिष्ट अतिथि के तौर पर अरका जैन यूनिवर्सिटी के निदेशक अमित श्रीवास्तव होंगे. मेले के खुलने का समय दोपहर 2 बजे से रात 8.30 बजे तक होगा. वीकएंड यानि शनिवार-रविवार को मेला सुबह 10 बजे से लेकर रात 8.30 बजे तक रहेगा.

मेले में कई आयोजन भी होंगे

महासचिव आशीष चौधरी ने बताया कि इस साल भी मेले में कई आयोजन होंगे. इनमें हिन्दी सेमिनार के अलावा विभिन्न पुस्तकों का विमोचन और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन होगा.

उदित वाणी, जमशेदपुर : ‘किताबें कुछ कहना चाहती हैं..तुम्हारे पास रहना चाहती…’ दोस्तों, मोबाइल से बाहर निकलिए और कीजिए बातें किताबों से, जमशेदपुर पुस्तक मेले में. टैगोर सोसायटी की ओर से हरेक साल लगने वाले जमशेदपुर पुस्तक मेला का शुभारंभ 14 नवम्बर को शुरू होने जा रहा है. 23 नवम्बर तक चलने वाले इस मेले का आयोजन रवीन्द्र भवन साकची में होगा. इस 39 वें पुस्तक मेला में 67 से ज्यादा प्रकाशक हिन्दी, अंग्रेजी, बांग्ला, उर्दू और संथाली में पुस्तकें लेकर आ रहे हैं.

मेले में हर मिजाज की पुस्तकें होंगी. पाठ्य पुस्तकों के साथ ही बाल साहित्य, धर्म और आध्यात्म, लाइफ चेंजिंग किताबों के साथ मोटिवेशनल बुक्स भी होंगे. अच्छी बात यह है कि मेले के आयोजन की तमाम चुनौतियों के बावजूद इस साल टैगोर सोसायटी ने विद्यार्थियों को मेले में फ्री इंट्री देने का फैसला लिया है. टैगोर सोसायटी के महासचिव आशीष चौधरी ने बुधवार को पत्रकारों को बताया कि टैगोर सोसायटी की कोशिश है कि नई पीढ़ी में पुस्तकों के पढ़ने की आदत को विकसित किया जाय.

इसके लिए सोसायटी ने मेले में विद्यार्थियों की इंट्री को फ्री कर दिया है, ताकि स्टूडेन्ट्स अपने शिक्षकों के साथ मेले में आए. भले ही वे किताबें नहीं खरीदें, किताबों के सोहबत में तो आए, उसे स्पर्श करें, उलटे-पलटे और मोबाइल की दुनिया से बाहर निकले. बकौल चौधरी, इसके लिए स्कूलों में हमने 35 हजार फ्री कूपन बांटे हैं, ताकि स्टूडेन्ट्स मेले में आए. सामान्य लोगों के लिए भी इस साल इंट्री फीस में कोई बढ़ोतरी नहीं की गई है. इस साल भी इंट्री फीस दस रूपए ही रहेगी. मेला की सुरक्षा के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए गए हैं.
