UditVani, Jamshedpur : Young Indians (Yi) Jamshedpur, in collaboration with its Sports vertical and YUVA, organized an engaging and dynamic Futsal Tournament at the JRD Sports Complex.
The event aimed to foster sportsmanship, strengthen the bond between Yi and local colleges, and promote active living as a core part of YUVA’s objectives.
Four prominent teams participated in the tournament : XITE College, Arka Jain University, Srinath University, and KMPM College.
After a spirited competition, XITE College and Arka Jain University emerged as the finalists.
In an intense and closely contested final match, XITE College triumphed, clinching the tournament title.
The event witnessed the presence of notable members of Yi Jamshedpur, including Ullas Jhunjhunwala, Rahul Bhalotia, Koushik Modi,Saurabh Mittal, Sagar Chanana, Mokshita Gautam, and Ujjwal Mahato, who actively supported and encouraged the participants.
This initiative was designed as a recreational activity to promote sports as a medium for collaboration, team building, and fostering an active lifestyle among youth.
Yi Jamshedpur and YUVA remain committed to nurturing the spirit of teamwork, leadership, and wellness among students through such events.
