
UditVani, Jamshedpur : XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s leading B-schools, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ecoren Energy India Pvt. Ltd., a pioneer in sustainable energy solutions, to strengthen industry-academia collaboration and foster future-ready talent.
The MoU was formalized in the presence of Fr. Sebastian George S.J., Director, XLRI Jamshedpur, and Swamy Reddy Uradi, Head, HR & Technology, Ecoren Energy, alongside XLRI dignitaries Prof. Kanagaraj A, Prof. Sunil Sarangi, and Mr. Himanshu Shekhar, and senior leaders from Ecoren Energy including Ramesh Nethi and Mrs. Lalitha Rani Nissankararao.
The collaboration will focus on:

* Creating structured recruitment pathways for XLRI’s Business Management and HR students.
* Organizing CXO talks and interactive sessions to connect industry leaders with students.
