UditVani, Jamshedpur : The three-day inter-company volleyball championship organised under the banner of Tata Sports Club and hosted by Tata Steel concluded at the JRD Tata Sports Complex today.
The championship had kicked off on November 28
The closing function was attended by chief guests, Sanjeev Chaudhari (President, Tata workers union) and Ramesh Shankar (Chief, Merchant Mill & New Bar Mill).
The event was attended by seven teams, which contributed significantly to its success.
The winning team, Tata Steel Ltd., performed like a champion team and faced fierce opposition from Tata Engineering & Automation Limited, the runners-up, and Tata Steel Gamharia, the second-runners-up.
Tata Steel sports department officials Mukul Choudhari, P Surendra Kumar, Firoz Khan, Sanjay kumar Mishra, Rajeev Kumar Mishra and Vijay Choudhari were also present on the occasion.
