Before assuming the role of DRM at Chakradharpur, Huria served as the Chief Workshop Engineer and Chief Planning Engineer at East Coast Railway. His career spans several significant positions, including Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer at Konkan Railway, Chief Rolling Stock Engineer (Coaching) at Western Railway, and Chief Workshop Manager at Lower Parel Railway Workshop. He has been a pivotal figure in the development and modernization of railway operations.
