UditVani, Jamshedpur: At the ongoing Saastha Preeethi celebrations follow up rituals of Sri Dharma Saastha Vivah mahotsav were performed on Wednesday.
The Rituals are being organized at Sri Uttara Sabarimalai Dharma Saastha Temple located at Kharkai Link in Bistupur. Ved Pandits also conducted Parama Purusha Aradhana for Sri Vishnu today. Purusha Sookta Jap and Havan were performed during this.
P N Sankaran, Chairman of the Temple performed Poornahuti under the guidance of Brahmashri Vijaya Bhanu Ganapadigal.
15 kg ghee was poured in the Havan during Vasordhara after which Ved Pandits performed Maha Deeparadhana followed by Kalash Abhishek for Sri Dharma Saastha. Prasad was distributed to thousands of devotees by the managing committee members.
In the evening renowned Bhajan singer from Kerala, Manjapra Mohan gave a memorable bhajan performance which captivated the audience.
26 Ved Pandits from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Maharashtra have been performing pujas and havan during the 16-day platinum jubilee celebrations of Saastha Preethi Mahotsav.
Sahastra kalash Maha Abhishek will be prformed from 10:30 am onwards on Thursday 9th February, 2023. Manjapra Mohan, renowned Bhajan singer from Kerala, will give a bhajan performance in the evening at 6:00 pm.
