UditVani, Jamshedpur: Under the initiative of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Govt of India, 1898 tribal girls from Jharkhand have been selected to work as Trainees in Tata Electronics Limited, (a Tata group company) in Husoor district,Tamil Nadu. They are being sent in batches by train from Tatanagar and Ranchi. 87 tribal girls left Tata Nagar today evening. These girls boarded train No.: 12889 TATA-SMVT SF Express to reach Hosur via Bengaluru.
The girls from tribal community expressed their gratitude to Union Minister of Tribal Affairs, Arjun Munda for providing employment. Tata Electronics will provide employment to these inter pass girls along with skill development. Tata Electronics will absorb them permanently after the completion of one year probation period. During the training period, they will be provided with monthly stipend and other basic amenities.
