
UditVani, Jamshedpur : Young Indians (Yi) Jamshedpur successfully organized a blood donation and health check-up camp in memory of Late Shyam Sundar Goyal, father of former Yi Chair Rohit Goyal.
The initiative was conducted under the Yi Health and Rural Initiatives verticals.
The camp was held simultaneously at two locations – Red Cross Bhavan, Sakchi, and Arka Jain University – and witnessed overwhelming participation. A total of 151 units of blood were collected, along with free health check-ups, reinforcing the message of preventive healthcare and community welfare.
The event not only paid tribute to the ideals and values of Late Shyam Sundar Goyal but also highlighted Yi Jamshedpur’s strong commitment to social responsibility and health awareness.
Yi members, medical teams, and volunteers worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure smooth execution.
Citizens, students, and various organizations from Jamshedpur actively participated in the camp.
Yi Jamshedpur Chair Kaushik Modi remarked,
