
UditVani, Jamshedpur : XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi-NCR have concluded the final placement process for the PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) batch of 2024-26 on a strong note, underscoring sustained industry confidence in XLRI graduates amid a demanding hiring environment.
All 576 students from both campuses were placed across 145 recruiting organisations, including 25 first-time recruiters, with over 576 domestic offers and two international offers rolled out.
The batch secured a median salary of Rs 29 lakh per annum, while the average package stood at Rs 31.40 lakh per annum.
The highest domestic offer reached Rs 59 lakh per annum, and the top international package touched Rs 1.10 crore.
Reflecting the impact of summer internships, 42.5 per cent of the cohort received Pre-Placement Offers.
Consulting, BFSI and Sales & Marketing dominated the recruitment landscape, with marquee recruiters such as Accenture, BCG, Deloitte, EY Parthenon, Amazon, HUL, ITC, PwC and Kotak Mahindra Bank making the highest number of offers.
The presence of new recruiters including Razorpay, IndiGo Airlines, Zomato Hyperpure, Vikram Solar and Waaree further highlighted the widening industry engagement with XLRI.
Congratulating the graduating class, XLRI Director Father S. George termed the placement season a proud milestone, noting that the results reaffirm the institute’s ability to groom ethical, agile leaders who are well prepared to navigate and lead in an evolving business ecosystem.
