About the Tatanagar–Badampahar Railway Section
The Tatanagar–Badampahar section is part of the South Eastern Railway Zone, serving a crucial route in the Jharkhand-Odisha border region.
The MEMU (Mainline Electric Multiple Unit) trains operating here are vital for local commuters, often running with high passenger traffic during morning hours.
Despite repeated advisories, boarding or deboarding moving trains remains a persistent safety issue in rural and semi-urban areas.
Railway authorities are once again urging passengers not to attempt boarding moving trains and to prioritize safety, especially during rush hours.
