
UditVani, Jamshedpur : Acting on directives received from the state government, East Singhbhum district administration will launch the ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ outreach programme from tomorrow, November 21.
Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi, a total of 11 panchayats and three urban local body areas will host service-delivery camps on the first day.
The initiative aims to ensure that eligible beneficiaries are linked with various welfare schemes of the State Government while receiving quick and hassle-free services at a single venue.
One-Stop Camps for Grievance Redressal and Scheme Delivery
The camps will focus on resolving public grievances, disseminating information on government schemes, receiving applications, and providing on-the-spot benefits.
Key Services at the Camps
1. Application & Information Desk
Detailed information on all State welfare schemes will be made available.
Applications related to various schemes and public grievances will be accepted and processed promptly.
All applications and on-the-spot benefits will be updated on the designated portal.
A waiting list will be created for schemes that receive applications exceeding the allotted target.
2. Beneficiary-Oriented Schemes (Saturation Mode)
Applications from eligible individuals for schemes targeted under the saturation approach—such as all pension schemes and Ayushman Bharat card-related services—will be accepted. On-the-spot updates related to these services will also be uploaded to the portal.
Immediate Distribution of Benefits
A dedicated ‘Kalyan Manch’ will be set up at each camp for immediate distribution of various government benefits, including:
Laminated caste certificates for school students
ID cards for SHG/cluster members
Distribution of dhoti–sari–lungi, blankets, and scheme-related assets
On-the-spot grievance redressal
Priority Grievance Redressal
Complaints received at the camps will be registered on the portal, resolved immediately, and the proof of disposal—along with the applicant’s photograph—will be uploaded. Priority will be given to:
Correction of land records
Rectification of birth/death certificates
Aadhaar and ration card updates
Resolution of electricity bill grievances
Inauguration of selected schemes and distribution of scheme assets

To ensure transparent and citizen-friendly service delivery, separate stalls for each scheme will be set up at all locations.
Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi has urged all eligible beneficiaries and citizens to attend the camps at their designated locations and resolve pending issues while availing benefits of government schemes.
