UditVani, Jamshedpur : During the Public Grievance Redressal Day held at the district headquarters, Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi interacted with over 40 citizens from various blocks and urban areas and listened to their problems and suggestions.
Applications related to land disputes, illegal encroachment and threats, school admissions, shop allotment, ration cards, medical treatment, benefits under Maiyaan Samman Yojana, pension demands by Jharkhand movement activists, arms licenses, and other public issues were submitted.
The Deputy Commissioner directed concerned departmental officials to ensure time-bound disposal of all applications.
Several grievances were resolved on the spot. Officials were instructed to give priority to applications received during the grievance redressal day, with regular reviews to ensure speedy resolution of public issues.
