UditVani, Jamshedpur : In a major breakthrough for Jamshedpur police, wanted criminal Rinku Seth, who had been absconding for several months, was successfully tracked down and brought back from Rajasthan.
Police sources revealed that Rinku Seth was making active efforts to revive the notorious Amar Nath gang, which was once involved in a series of criminal activities across the city.
According to officials, a special police team had been keeping surveillance on Rinku’s movements after receiving intelligence about his hideout in Rajasthan.
Acting quickly, the team co-ordinated with the local police and apprehended him without incident.

Investigators believe he had been in contact with several old associates to reorganize the gang and expand its network in the Kolhan region.
A senior police official said, “This arrest is a significant step toward curbing organized crime in Jamshedpur. Further interrogation will help us uncover the network of criminals still operating under the radar.”
