Jamshedpur : IIM Ranchi successfully concluded the inaugural batch of its Management Development Programme (MDP) for the Mukhiyas of Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs).
The programme aimed at enhancing leadership and governance capabilities among local leaders, equipping them with essential management skills to drive sustainable rural development.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by IIM Ranchi’s Director, Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, along with esteemed faculty members and programme directors, including Prof. Amit Sachan, Prof. Gaurav Manohar Marathe, and Prof. Rajeev Verma.
The event commenced with an interactive session led by Prof. Sachan, who engaged with the participants to gather valuable feedback on the programme’s impact.
