UditVani, Jamshedpur, March 3: The vibrant spirit of Holi came alive at RVS College of Engineering and Technology as faculty and staff gathered to celebrate Holi Milan with warmth and enthusiasm. The celebration reflected not only the joy of the festival of colors but also the unity and harmony within the institution.
Distinguished Presence Adds Grace to the Celebration
The event was held in the esteemed presence of Mr. Shatrughan Singh, Treasurer of the RVS Educational Trust. He was joined by Principal Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Tiwari and Training & Placement Head Dr. Vikram Sharma, along with members of the teaching and non-teaching staff.
Welcoming the guests, Principal Prof. Tiwari expressed his happiness at seeing the RVS family come together to celebrate the occasion. Extending heartfelt Holi greetings, he described the gathering as a joyful moment that strengthens bonds within the academic community.

Addressing the gathering, Treasurer Mr. Shatrughan Singh emphasized that Holi Milan is a cherished annual tradition of the RVS College family. He further noted that Holi is deeply rooted in India’s rich cultural heritage and that such celebrations foster mutual respect, affection, and renewed optimism for the future.
Celebration Through Culture, Music and Togetherness
The exchange of abir and gulal marked the festive spirit of the occasion. Participants shared traditional sweets and delicacies, adding sweetness to the celebration. The concluding segment featured musical performances and songs presented by members of the college, creating an atmosphere of joy and cultural vibrancy.
The program was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Sushant Mahanti, Prof. Thakur Pranav Kumar Gautam, Dr. S.P. Singh, Dr. Rekha Tiwari, and Dr. Dilip Haldar along with committee members. The formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Vikram Sharma, bringing the event to a graceful close.
