Udit Vani Jamshedpur : In a significant administrative development, eight IPS officers in Jharkhand have been entrusted with additional responsibilities apart from their current duties.
The Jharkhand Police Headquarters has issued formal orders regarding these new assignments.
The move is expected to enhance administrative efficiency and streamline the functioning of various police departments.
List of IPS Officers and Their New Responsibilities
1. Saurabh (Commandant, JAP-10)
He has been given the additional responsibility of Commandant, JAP-1.
2. Kapil Chaudhary (SP, Rural Dhanbad)
He will now also handle the charge of Commandant, JAP-3.
3. Rajkumar Mehta (SP, Jamtara)
Assigned the additional duty of overseeing IRB-1.
4. Sumit Aggarwal (SP, Chatra)
He will now also look after the operations of IRB-3.
5. Harish Bin Jama (SP, Gumla)
Given additional responsibility for IRB-5.
6. Mukesh Kumar (SP, Godda)
Now assigned the additional charge of IRB-8.
7. Ritvik Srivastava (City SP, Dhanbad)
He will also take over the role of Rail SP, Dhanbad.
8. Rishabh Garg (Rural SP, Jamshedpur)
Assigned additional charge of Rail SP, Jamshedpur.
