UditVani, Jamshedpur: Vehicles will not be allowed to play on the Jubilee Park Road for a fortnight from February 21 to March 7.
Tata Steel UISL today issued a circular in this regard saying that restrictions will be imposed for both vehicles and pedestrians due to the preparations for the forthcoming Founder’s Day celebration.
During the temporary closure of the Jubilee Park Road, citizens are advised to plan alternative routes and make necessary adjustments to accommodate the closure. Security measures will be in place to regulate access during the preparation phase.
People driving to Sonari will have to take the Baug-e-Jamshed roundabout and turn on the Straight Mile Road to reach their destination.
The Founder’s Day celebrations which begins on March 3 and continue for four to five days promises to be a joyous occasion, and the temporary closure aims to facilitate the necessary arrangements and ensure the safety and successful conduct of the celebration.
The park is illuminated for the celebration which attracts a huge crowd.
