UditVani, Jamshedpur: XLRI’s Delhi-NCR campus successfully organised the second edition of Maxi Mela, a student-led initiative and a pioneering marketing and consumer engagement event, at DLF CyberHub, Gurugram, drawing an attendance of over 1.5 lakh visitors.
Organized by the Marketing Association of XLRI (MAXI), Maxi Mela once again demonstrated its unique ability to blend experiential marketing, business insights, and entertainment, creating an unparalleled platform for industry leaders and consumers.
The two- day event ( February 8 and 9) was inaugurated by Fr K S Casimir, director, XLRI Delhi NCR, Narasimhan Rajkumar, Associate Dean XLRI Delhi NCR and Sharad Sarin, chief guest and founding faculty of Maxi Mela.
Maxi Mela – 2025 served as a platform for leading corporations, including Ab InBev, Aditya Birla Group, and Reckitt, to conduct real-time consumer research through engaging, student-designed marketing games. With over 1,300 participants actively involved in these initiatives, the event facilitated the generation of valuable consumer insights while offering attendees an interactive and immersive experience.
The two-day event featured a diverse range of activities, seamlessly integrating marketing research with entertainment. The event featured an arcade zone, brand showcases, and interactive photo booths, creating an engaging and vibrant atmosphere for attendees.
The event concluded with the tunes of musical performances of Cherish Banhotra and Aman Singh followed by KAPOW and DJ Skopòs.
As Maxi Mela continues to scale new heights, it strengthens its position as a key enabler of experiential marketing and consumer insights in the region.
